• Where is the store based?

Lahti, Finland.

• When is the store opened and closed?

Our operating hours is from 11am to 11pm from Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

• How long does it take to process an order?

Orders typically are processed within an hour, during which we will alert you that we have noted your order placement! Following that, we'll ship it out to you ASAP.

• How long will it take to receive my order after it has been processed?

Depending on the distance between your location and the store and the time at which you place the order. 

In the city center: Within 90 minutes.
On the city's outskirt: Between 90 - 120 minutes.   

• Do you accept orders placed outside of Lahti?

Unfortunately, we don't at the present moment. 

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The checkout process is powered by PayPal, the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, our store has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
